I think you're making a mistake. The stitching isn't that big of a deal and Mark said he will try to fix any problems with the pockets. No where else will you get aaccurate red material, bellow sleeves, and belt and cuff parts on a replica. Unless you research and make it all yourself which would cost ALOT more than $750. I think having the best thing on the market with a few minor inaccuracies is better than having nothing.

I saw he is fixing the pockets so ill wait to see how that looks. Iv made peace with myself that if I miss out well thats my fault. But I think with 2015 around the corner and the amount of talented people on here, who knows we might get an in flux, eh eh lol of people trying to make jackets. Will they be as good? Who knows but I found out that the place we are in atm is getting sold so finding a new place is more important than a jacket right now.

I looked at close up pictures of the real jackets and you're right. The diamonds should be facing verticle. The ones on Mark's are horizontal.

Hi Guys,

the entire sheet was made with horizontal diamonds so this can't be changed. if this is something that bothers you, let me know & I will refund your deposit. I will be closing this run in the next couple of days & the good news is that those who want one will still be able to get one from my eBay auction but the bad news is that you may have to end up paying double

Im still in. This detail means almost nothing to me. Just an observation. I did notice another thing though. Mark, did your tailor cut the grey fabric around the pockets to decrease the border thickness, or make the red part bigger? It looks like the border was cut because the pockets look a tad bit thin now. The old pockets were perfect in dimensions. Now the pocket flaps extend past the sides.
