Limited Run 2015 Marty McFly Jacket - Shipping Now!!!

Any suggestions for displaying this jacket? Was thinking about a setup that supports the shoulders a bit so the sleeves hang but the shoulders rest on something. Any links or tips to something fitting this description would be appreciated

For my ideal display I would get full body mannequins with each of Marty's different clothes to stand in front of each movie poster. Then put related props around them in glass cases. That would be if I had a ton of space though. I'm not sure what would be practical for me yet.

hi Atarian & Jedifyfe,

Hey Jedifyfe looks like the jacket fits well on the mannequin torso. Do you tuck any underneath to keep it fitted?

What is the best kind of glue to use on the plastic parts to stick to the leather and rubber materials? I want something with a strong bond that won't damage the material it's sticking to. We've all got the same problem so what do you guys who are used to this kind of thing use?

hi Nicofett,

My jacket arrived today! I thought I was busted because it arrived while I was at work and my wife accepted it. She miss read the value amount on the shipping doc on the box. The 8 was so close to the dollar sign that she didn't see it… the way it was filled out she came out thinking I spent $100.00 on it! Score one for me!! The jacket is awesome and fits very well. I'm 5'11'' and 190lbs; got a (M).

One issue though. My belt piece has several flaws right out of the box. It has a few good size holes/damage to it. A couple about 1/4'' long and a few a little smaller. Anyone else have this issue?

Mark, any chance I can get a replacement belt?

hi Adomeitw,

Sorry about that, I'll get my partner to ship you a new waist belt tomorrow.

Hi Mark

I took a look at the post #244. I see one type of glue is Supa glue. I take it any type of supa glue will do as they don't sell the particular brand you listed in my country. And what is the other glue? What type of adhesive is it. I see there are two types of glue tubes there in the same packet, one large and one small. Do you mix them like epoxy resin?

I didn't think we paid duty on things from Singapore? I didn't pay anything on the Almanac, how much extra do you think I will need to pay?

I hope not. If that's the case I should have gotten them sent to my address in China. Weren't these marked with a low value?
