I have noticed though that often if you buy tickets ahead of time they charge a premium but you get to pass the line.

Might not be the case but might explain the crazy price.

Just a pic....give up your left arm for an autograph..and another lineup.

Also be prepared to wait HOURS for your picture to be done.

Well dammit. Is there pricing up yet for the autographs? I'm beginning to wonder now if ill even be able to afford to go let alone get my Stan lee autograph

Pics are only done on a pre-order basis, they did day of tickets a few years ago and it didn't end well as the sessions were oversold and people were left out. Autographs are separate price and yes line. Best to schedule photo op Friday or Saturday and get the autograph early Sunday to avoid the longer lines.....and stop by the 501st Make-a-Wish photo booth and say Hi...I don't charge for autographs......:lol

Bleh. The Torchwood teamup photo-op and Stan Lee's photo-op are at the same time :X. Still, I liked the Edmonton Expo so I'm quite looking forward to my first Calgary Expo!

Are you saying that if you don't purchase photo op tickets in the mail beforehand you can't get them at the show or even have a chance at a photo op on all three days? :unsure

My mistake...they are recommending pre-ordering, I know that they always sell out...this is from the site..

Photo Ops will be available to pre-purchase online (sale date TBD) - It is highly recommended that you purchase your photo ops in advance. If you wait to purchase on site then you run the risk of the session selling out. Onsite sales will be available in the Big Four area and in the BMO Centre.

It may be different for Calgary but at Toronto events you can purchase them at the person's autograph table.

There are 2 booth set up, one at each at the entrance of the Big 4 and the other BMO Centre that sell the photo-ops and signature tickets for some like Stan Lee...

A no show by Tom Felton again. 2nd year in a row that guy ain't showing up. Reported on Facebook today, but they did say they got some surprises.

If you snooze, you lose. According to the updates on Facebook, all tickets are sold-out for Sunday. Don't know if these are just online sales. Friday is also sold out (online sales). Wow, it's gonna be a full house again. I won't be able to get down there until 6:00ish on Friday after work, but I do have a weekend pass so I will be able to get in (they are guaranteeing entry to weekend pass holders this year). Hopefully they sorted out the "At Capacity" debacle from last year.
