It would have to be pricey in order for it to be done correctly.

I have a few sources for the neck ring since we do a bit of CNC machining for the Tv's we make.
The Helm should be in my hands in a few months so I will up date people then.

here are a few shots of the Pattern with a temporary clear visor.
Im working on the thruster packs now along with the patterns for the CNC machining of the collars and additional metal bits.
I plan on doing the full helmet and both front and rear packs from the Discovery and Clavis shots.lots to do ,lots to do.

im sure the helmet was black. the pics i saved are long gone, anyone else remember it?
