1 week Christmas break project SUGGESTIONS!

Hi. so just to keep this short, I'm looking for suggestions for something I can make out of wood and plastic in the remaining week after Christmas. Hit me with suggestions- I have hit the makers equivalent of writers block!

Listing interest would be helpful.

I'm going to say do some display stands for props you already have, but incorporate the style of the film into the style of the stand.

that's the thing- the few props I own (damn life for not letting me have excess money!) have display cases already. I really wanna make a proper sci-fi ish prop.(sci fi being my main interest in movies)

Maybe, let's see what others have before I decide indefinitely. Some guns, gadgets, some stuff that doesn't require electronics (if I had a trap, it'd be tempting to blow a hole in my wallet on servos and sound chips and I just don't have the time or energy for electronics)

Been lots of discussions about ST PADDs about lately. They are easy to make with just a few layers of wood and lots of filler-primer. Finding the right color paint (an issue I am currently having) takes a bit more time, but it is a good holiday project.

River song diary (external stuff only) would be a quick project too. Get an old book, some pva, some thin cardboard (cereal box) and check out some youtube videos on modding a book cover with a design. It would take the most time to cut out the design and wait for glue to dry, but you can get good results quickly.

Just throwing stuff out there for ya.

Some suggestions that can be done within a day or two:
The Farscape communications pin. (may have to use scrap pixels instead of a car tail light.
The Sony Walkman from the Guardians of the Galaxy paper craft model (posted somewhere here on the forums a while ago).
The Back to the Future, Part 2 Hoverboard out of foamcore board, as seen here (you'll have to find the board decal somewhere online to print it out):
