1/6 Harrison Ford head for an Star Wars Carbonite Project

Hi Guys,

my name is Carsten and i am from Germany. I just found a few days go this amazing forum, and i have to say it is amazing...

I always wanted to build an 1/1 Carbonite Han Solo but when i listen to my inner voice i would never have enough space to present it.

So i thouht about my own 1/6 Han Solo. I know there is one to buy from sideshow, but i want to build my own one.

And so i have an simple question... Is there anywhere a source where i can buy such an head... I found some heads, but i need an head with an open mouth.

Any help would be welcome...

Greetings and welcome to the forum. I am not aware of any sculpts that would suit your needs that wasn't done specifically for the Carbonite piece. There are the licensed ones and a few garage kit versions, but I am unsure of their accuracy. I do not think you can take an existing Harrison Ford sculpt for such a project - too much rework is required and it'd probably be easier to sculpt it from scratch.

Hi Carlsten, I know there is the cheap 12" Han in Carbonite from Hasbro, it isn't too bad looking, but regarding an open mouth Han, I think you may need to modify an existing head.
