Ok... I caught the site now when it's back up! I'm on vacation for a week but here are a few pics of the mold. I was very impressed that the panel
Lines transferred to the mold very well.

Yellow tape where I had to fix some of my air pockets.

It wouldn't be difficult to modify pre-existing model people at a proper scale to be the TNG crew. The PE Refit set has some.

Tamiya makes some pre existing 1/350 scale figures that would fit right in.

I don't know if I missed it in the thread, but L' Arsenal has 3d 1/350 resin figures. Picked some up a few weeks ago & will be using them in my dual 1/350 refit builds. I have to say they're pretty cool!
