well, not quite sure yet, but something equivalent to that of the other high quality lids that are out there.

no need to apologize, these will actually need to be made out of gel coat and fiberglass in order to retain the sharp edging and details this helmet has, Vac forming will round out everything. and could cause issues with the fitting of all the functional components this helmet has.

More Progress on my TS helemt slowly but surely. But the finish is turning out very well, nice and smooth. just needs some final touches and then this should be good to go for molding.
