I have just discovered your millennium falcon build and I'm in heaven. I was searching for Star Wars gizmos to give me ideas for my movie room build and your pictures are priceless to me!! I was wondering if you ever post 3d or laser files of some of the parts you make...or can recommend a place to get them.

This is gizmo heaven, no doubt!

This has to be one of the most epic build projects on the internet. Starts full scale, then says . . . "Why not 1/4, 1/6, and so on!!" You are crazy SofaKing01 . Huge thanks to you for letting me take part in this project.

Sofa allowed me to make the molds for the 1/6th scale pilot chairs, and it was a blast! We did a quick video on sharing the work SofaKing01 is doing and the making of the molds. Thank you Sofa!!!

Isn't it about time I post some updates? UH... Yeah!

I've been working really hard these past few weeks on both the 1/4 scale Nav Computer and the upcoming 1/6th scale cockpit kit that goes along with the 1/6th console. Both are really close to being to finished up but the 1/6th cockpit kit is going to be awesome. I hope...

If you look closely, I created a lid for easy access to the wiring. The id will simply rest in place. Wish I thought of this for my 1/4 scale...

By the way, it looks like you improved the thickness (made it smaller) of the front circular window rim, am I right?

Thanks for the tips. I understand why you dont post files. I had to ask. I was just looking for general tips. Ive already built a working full scale r2 d2. He is very weathered “tattooine” style. I built him before there was such a thing as an r2 builders group or even an internet! Im now working on a twinkling fiber optic ceiling in my movie room. Im styling the room after the detention block in episode 4. The detention block blast door is already built with a stormtrooper standing guard in front of it. The movie screen comes down in front of a viewport styled after the viewport on a star destroyer I do have one question. Im looking for video files that look like tactical screens that i can put in a loop. Any ideas?

LOL! They do hold / clamp a special place in my heart. As goofy as they are... they really do come in handy.

The material I used for the both the 1/4 and 1/6th scale windows was 1/8" MDF. If I remember, there are 3 1/4" center rings in the 1/4 scale and only 2 for the 1/6th. All the material is the same just not as wide.

My apologies for the late post / replies to your comments. I have been working really hard at getting all these kits done. It's been non-stop for the past month or so.

The 1/6th cockpit and corridor (Stage III) kit is almost ready

1/16th floor panels

These angles have been the toughest part of this project

I painted the nav computer housing the correct color

Worked on some of the nav com greeblies

And finally got back to working on the 1/4 scale nav chair head pieces
