Smooth-On is a US based company that I keep hearing good things about on this forum. Their roto casting resin is called 65D :thumbsup
Basically, plug all but one end of the pipe structure and pour in enough resin to coat the inside. Plug the pour hole and rotate the whole thing around for three or so minutes until set.
Vasaline works well as a release for whatever you use as the plugs so you can get them off again.
Roto casting resin has an extremely high tensile strength and is used for thin walled parts (and helmet/armour making if this forum is anything to go by :lol).
