Yeah, I've been following this for a while. I have no idea how you get your wife to greenlight a lifesize Falcon 'pit, but more power to you. It's very impressive.

Greeblies! 4 of these Burgess Limit Switches arrived in the mail! There are several located through the cockpit and the rest of the MF. Similar limit switches (NOT the Burgess) were also used as part of the flight control stick in the ANH version of the XWing.
Still need to locate the red lever that is attached to the top instead of the roller...

While watching ESB with my kids the other night, I noticed the door seemed to have a 6 or 8 digit red LED numerical unit in the middle. Has this part been found?

Not only has it been found but Darth Chromer has already fab'd the part! It's VERY VERY COOL! We'll be adding it to the new door when we add the original 12" back to the height of the cockpit!
