And incase anyone was wondering why I decided to improve not just my V2 but now my V3 here the proof in this comparrision shot between the two latest versions
I'll be doing a similar comparrision shot between the V2 and the latest just to show the MASSIVE gulf between those two :love

WOW. I could tell it was different... But that comparison just goes to show what the casual eye sees... NOT MUCH! LOL!
You really have an AMAZING eye for detail! Now that it is glaring in my face I too can see it. But before... I woulda thought they were a LOT closer in shape and size.
The sad thing is the 3a STILL looks great!
Just not AS close to perfect as the 3b.
Can't wait to see it fully finished!

Thanks... The BLUE RAY copies have also show how incredibly textured and detail Yoda actually is... I'm also pleased to say that Nick Maley is giving me a few insights with this sculpt and he'll be getting a copy in due course along with Freeborn himself whom Nick is still in touch with.

Thanks... The stuff i'm using is indeed Chavant soft.
Right heres the comparision between the V2 and the V3b which clearly shows how poorly it preforms next to my latest version... No amount of lighting or camera angles can make it look as close to the original as the V3b IMO.... The V3b will look virtually identical to the Screen used puppet when finished.

Nice to see people who know what Yoda should look like instead of people who don't have a clue... Just screen derived props that they've duplicated and make out to be more than they actually are.

this is a really great sculpt so far! I have to say the side by side comparison between the V2 and V3 is really great, you can really see the huge improvements to the overall look and likeness. Keep up the greak work!

I think the left eye on this sreen grab is being distorted because the ears are being manipulated as far back as they ever go on screen.
This may be pulling the corner of the eye into the slanted position.
Comparing you two pics above your Yoda's left eye is a bit too slanted down. This is actually what the screen grab is doing so the likeness is exactly the same , but maybe a bad screen grab to compare eyes with.
My V2 is now so last decade!
