The Studio Ghibli theme park being built in Central Japan will open its first sections in November this year the animation studio said.

I raised my kids on Ghibli films. If I was ultra wealthy I would build the house from My Neighbor Totoro on my property as a personal retreat.

I hope it is easier to get tickets to than it was to the museum in Kichijoji ... (even before open hours got restricted because of lockdown)

I hope so, I visited Japan a few years back and I was lucky enough to get tickets to the Ghibli museum, but it wasn't easy. I had to scour a good number of different sites before I found that had tickets available as part of a walking tour of the park the museum is located in.
