I have always wanted to know how a core mold was done? I see how you split up the hand to allow it to be removed easier. But did. You just pull it out of the foam cast? Also how do you go about pouring the foam, when the core is loose inside?

thanks guys.

you keep the core together with keys and magnets. a spandex glove is put over the core hand then i brush in a layer of foam latex in the mold, let it gel, then put the mold together. inject the mold until it is over flowing. bake for 7 hours....

my mrbunglestuff page on facebook has more pics of the mold and the cheap gloves i used ....cheap fancy dress stretchy ladies gloves off ebay.

Looking great, just like all your work. Do you still have good range of motion and gripping ability in your hands?
