Given Creber's disdain for fan-boys (and I include myself in that group....), that would pushing one's luck. Frankly, I was amazed that he showed up that night. But he seemed to enjoy it.

And, the photos here - in fact, no photos at all - could do this model justice. It's as if the thing was cast out of a single piece of shiny yellow marble and buffed out. I don't even want to be in the same room with it, for fear of something happening to it.......

For the record, my good buddy and noted FX industry gadfly GKvfx was a big help when it came to wiring this thing.

I'm a complete dope when it comes to electronics, but some of these Irwin Allen kits just beg for the winky-blinky treatment.

As for Creber, yeah... not really "autograph guy." Fortunately, neither am I. :)
