Elfin Knights Takagi M19b - Blade Runner Grenade Launcher

Have you guys seen this? It's built on an Airsoft grenade launcher...




I haven't been able to find any information out as to how to get my grubby paws on one. I scoured the Elfin Knights website and Facebook in hopes of getting info without any luck... Other than it appears to be a "Japan Only" release...

Frustrated, I purchased what looks to be fairly close to the Airsoft grenade launcher upon which it's built.

Is anyone else planning on doing a build? Or even is anyone planning on doing a run of conversion parts? I'm sure this is going to take me forever to complete since I don't have the time to devote to it at the moment.
