Hey guys,

Just wanted to share what ive been working on, thanks to James for helping me out with this project!
Hope you guys like it, more progress pics coming soon! , let me know what you guys think?

Visual on how big it should turn out,

Some parts printed, Newer versions are being redone.

Some attemps on smothing out the prints, I used primer filler to help but its frustrating!!!! lol

My first attempt at making the Eye, i have a few other ideas currently working on

Looks way better in person !!!!

I also will be adding gems to the hilt.

Very cool. However I think the cartoon blade narrows somewhat in width from base to tip.

Thanks guys!, yea the blade will tapper towrards the end of the blade. cant really find much as far a cartoon images though..

Are you getting these printed as Shapeways? Or do you have a nice home 3D printer?

These are done at shapeways, im really considering getting a formlabs 2 printer. I had to use coats and coats of primer filler and alot of sanding. they are still not as clean as i would like them to be though..
