Thanks everyone!
I managed to finish just in time for the greek comicdom cosplay competition, where I placed second.
Here's the vid of my stage presentation:
and here are some photos of the finished costume.
I'll try and pull some of the construction photos/ explanations at some point, but it's basically plastidip, mod podge, primer *and* filler primer, acrylic spray, dry-brushed alclad 2 chrome for the silver parts, and gold leaf for the gold parts. Brushed on latex, after the primer coat, to get the chipped paint effect.

Thank you for the kind words Tzark! Yes of course, here you go! Print it on copy A4 paper, then assemble it with craft tape. Then smoosh each part down on your eva foam, so that it makes a flat pattern.Love the work you put into this! Moveing chainsword is veeeeery impressing!
Also rly like your helmet, are you willing to share the templates for it? Working on a suit myself and i just cant get my helmet the way i want it^^
only one month untill i gotta be done :S ^^

printing 2morrow once i get inn at work Cant wait! ^^ im so stressed out thinking i wont finish it in time for a con^^got 1 month. and havent started gapfilling,details or the chainsword yet :S ^^
