Hello everyone! My name is Mark and I'm gonna do a short introduction since this is my first post here. I've been a prop and costume designer since 2007 when I started making halo costumes with the help of the 405th and went by the username Crackhead09.

On with the project. This is my first ever vehicle prop and I've probably gotten myself over my head, but hey here it goes.

I started off by 3D modeling the whole bike just so I can get an idea of the frame, body panels, etc.

After that I created pepakura files to make the body panels. I plan to resin coat it with onyx then fiberglass it.

It may not be pretty but that's what's bondo is for!

Is it a "suit" for real motorcycle?

Hey everyone update time. So far I have managed to build the frame using 2x4. I have the gas tank and tail sections just about ready for painting.

But I have a question, What should I do about making the spokes? My current fear is the attaching the spokes to the frame and not worry about it snapping off when someone sits on the bike.
