A little while ago Matt Munson was selling castings from a mold made off a closed "Pod" from the ZF-1 scene in the movie...it might be worth hitting him up to see if he's still offering them.

i found a site a while ago,

im pretty sure some of the metal pieces came from this guy. he is in the right area and supplied the episode 1 crew with stuff at this time also 96-97

my gut feeling is 99 percent sure

i've been browsing his cnc parts for months and months, every now and again a part turns up that is pretty close,

he has some cool stuff for sure.
