Interest Xena Machined Aluminum Chakram DIY KITS

Hi all,

I'm putting together a run of machined aluminum Chakrams from Xena Warrior Princess. These will the first chakram she carried in the show and will be an idealized version of the prop, with the geometry cleaned up and the engravings made more regular/even. The kit will consist of the Chakram itself, and the paua shell inlays which will be laser cut and have a peel/stick adhesive back for easy application. The chakram will come with the machined finish and needs sanding/polishing, and painting. I have the machined samples in hand if you want to images.

Inner Diameter 7.29 inches
Thickness: .4 inches

The price will be $225+ shipping from Southern California.
$100 deposit is required to secure the spot. Once we hit 10 interested buyers, I will collect the deposits, and place the order with the machinists.

If we hit 20 people, the price drops to $200 + shipping.

I have 2 chakrams on hand for immediate shipping once the Paua inlay sheet arrives and I cut them. To answer your question on lead times, once I place the order to the machinists, its 5-7 weeks till I get them in hand. Since youre first one on, you'll get one of the two I have on hand.

Looks great and I'm keen to get my hands on it.

As an Aussie, I had to jump through some hoops with Customs after they seized a metal replica of the Krull Glaive as a "prohibited weapon". I was eventually able to get it released but it took some legwork.
This time I was proactive and I applied for and was granted an import permit for the Xena Chakram.
Hopefully, this is ready to despatch before the permit expires.

Mine arrived safely this morning. A beautifully clean and well machined piece. Nice heft, fine edges and no imperfections.
Going to look amazing once it’s been gold foiled and the paua shell pieces attached.
Definitely glad I grabbed one of these.
