I traded XWING parts long ago for FALCON parts.

Well...falcon is done.

Im VIPER shipping..working on R2..and....tinkering with old projects. Like...my XWING.

Which X-Wing are you making? I have a Red 3 planned for sometime in the next few years... Holding off until I see what MR cooks up. I assume they're doing a Red 5 with lights and movable wings.

Hey Frank,

On a similar note, I want to accurize the pro-shop x-wing, I know in the past, you had some of the SS X-wing parts available, any chance I could get a few. I know the engines are small on the pro shop, and have the Airfix Saturn V parts.

Does anyone know where I can get just the back end of the SS X-wing? The pro shop shape is way off.

I have been taking some measurements so I can scale things properly. What was in that kit? I saw in the post from a while ago the early list, but I did not look through all 56 pages. I have to say that it was some topic to go that many pages :eek

Does anyone know what that part on the underside of the wing is that is in the recess sitting on the trapezoidal panel is? I am trying to find a clear image of it.

In an effort to move things along, plus it is taking a little time on the hull, I'll post this request for some info on the laser cannons. Please give accurate info if you can, I know I am a newbee to "THIS SITE" but I will make an attempt to prove I am indeed "DOING MY HOMEWORK" I have many of the resources that the members have and I am attempting to purchase a SS kit, but it is not easy to come by. :unsure

The Pro-Shop is an OK kit, and with some mods can makea nice X-Wing... But even wth the best, most extensive mods, its still just the Pro-Shop... Weigh your efforts against the maximum potential of the kit.

Also recall taht regardless the level of modifications, none of it will mead squat unless you nail the paint job. A completely un-modified Pro-shop with a kick-ass paint job will by far draw greater praise than a fully modded out model with a crappy finish.

I figure you're aware of these concepts, but thought I'd throw my two cents in...

The elephant kit? from FUJIMI? Same part is on the top of the wing.
It has two parts detailing it from another kit called SEA LAB.


I need the identification of the two CONE shaped parts on the R2 Strip.

Anyone? If there is something you need to know. I can trade info.

Everything else is identified.
