Since this is a movie prop forum, this may be of interest. OP: Irene is a tribute to the Army Rangers who died in Somalia (The subject of the book and movie Black Hawk Down). We do this event every year right around the anniversary of the actual event. One of the guest commanders that attends every year is Col. Danny McKnight (played by Tom Sizemore in the movie). Col. McKnight is an American hero and it is an honor to get to spend a weekend with him once a year.
Yeah, I have a crushing airsoft addiction myself. I'm waiting for my G&G M14 Veteran to get here, it's supposed to be delivered Wednesday....:love
