Thanks all for the interest. But I was never able to produce any kits, this is why I refused to promise anything to any of the folks that requested one. I don't have the energy to make those. Anyone is wholeheartedly welcome to use whatever you would like from this thread to reproduce one as they would like. I would love to see what others are able to do with what I started.
