For a movie, I think a design like this would work quite well...
That is a nice design. Reminds me of the one that SonOfThunder put together for his girlfriend in this thread.

The guy that did that Wonder Woman does some really nice photo manipulations/illustrations of live-action costumes. I think he first came up with that Wonder Woman costume design in 2009 though I believe I've seen other variations on that theme from earlier... you can see his Wonder Woman stuff here: Wonder Woman « Fan Art Exhibit

I think they're shooting themselves in the foot by letting so much of this stuff out. Apparently Wonder Woman uses drugs to subdue bad guys now?!

David E. Kelley's Wonder Woman is currently filming in preparation for its fall premiere on NBC, and some new behind-the-scenes pics show the Amazon Princess in all her glory.
According to Bleeding Cool, actress Adrianne Palicki was spotted shooting a scene where she plunges a hypodermic needle into a thug's neck.
Below's the bit of script of the scene they were filming.
And whether you like, love or absolutely loathe that Wonder Woman costume, at least you can take another look at it from a, um, different perspective.

I think I misunderstood what they meant by "all her glory."
But seriously, I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume the whole hypodermic thing is probably part of that particular storyline and presumably not something she carries around in her utility belt... not unless they're going for some kind of Smallville meets Dexter vibe with this show. :lol

Hmm. I thought I posted a pic or a link with an image of the new Diana seated at a corporate looking table playing with the WW figure that was wearing those shorts. Nice to see it's confirmed for those that may care about that sort of thing.
The costume looks just fine to me (even the original shiny version) - as long as the story is decent and the characters are well written. I really am interested in seeing how the WW as a rock star thing turns out. That aspect intrigues me quite a bit.
