Wolverine's Boots - where to buy OR how to make...

Hi people - I am posting this for a friend of mine, who is unable to register.:



Normally, the question is 'How can I get/make Wolverine's Claws', but I have just purchased a get set of those. I am looking for 'Wolverine's Boots', as in this JPG:

I would be happy with 'Boot Spats/Tops' to save money, as long as they look pretty good.

Obviously the key here is a WIDE top, which comes up higher on the sides than in the front and back.

Does anyone have any ideas about where to buy OR MAKE these (via cutting the appropriate boot spats) ???

Or get some o them thigh hi hooker boots and repaint them.. haha.
