Wolverine all day baby! Jackets, belts, claws, oh my.

Solider Absolutely nothin' compares to the quality of the X2 suit by UD Replicas! I'm not sure how I managed to finally get the pants that go with the jacket, but both Universal Designs items I picked up on eBay years apart. I didn't know how lucky I was at the time I bought the jacket years back. Forget about findin' the pants...Just lucky I guess.

I appreciate the generous offer, but my UD X2 battle suit is a permanent part of my Wolverine wardrobe. I'll definitely let you know if I ever decide to let it go. Thanks for askin' me though!

Even though Origins was not that great a movie that jacket has the most screen time followed by the X1. since they are closely styled they are both the most recognizable as wolverine. I was at the mall the other day in my Origins jacket and a guy stopped to ask me if that was the "Logan jacket"

I'm the one lone weirdo who really likes the X1 battle suit.

I'd love to see someone tackle that suit one day.

Here's my replica Wolverine belt that I had made custom by Byrd's Custom Leather, Inc. A local guy I know of around here.

I must've asked you about the pants more than a few times! :lol I'm goin' to put some claws in the UD gloves I bought direct from you sometime soon now that I have the complete UD X2 suit. I sold the gloves I was usin' so I have no excuse!

Do you have any boots to go with my UD X2 Wolverine pants? I guess the pants are generation one? They fit into the boot and do not fit over boots. I need boots that are actually shoes. I don't know what looks correct...what would you suggest?

To my knowledge he didn't make boots. Only gloves, jacket and pants from the site.

Found out 3 new things today you guys might not know:

1. James Mangold didn't like at how Wolverine's claws could cut through anything hence, why they were cut off, and couldn't cut through any ninja or samurai swords...It was just the directors preference.

2. They've got a story for Wolverine 3 but he's not revealing it yet. Sounds like a new direction.

3. So before that Scott guy or Russel Crowe were even considered for Wolverine, Mel Gibson was offered the roll in 97. Found the concept art and it looks amazing.

@comonbub I just watched that this morning. That is awesome concept art, I can't see Mel Gibson as Wolverine, but I'm sure he would have done a decent job concerning his films.

Btw I bought some Boca Raton Matte Gold Brown Polarized sunglasses which I put I link to on page 158. I like them alright, but they are too big to be close to the 70's shades, so I would not recommend them. I guess I will have to look further for some affordable close enoughs. haha

Has anyone found some better glasses that are similar to the 70's glasses?

They've confirmed a bunch of mutants coming back in the next X-men movie after this one...And Marsden was spotted at the premier tonight soooooo I'm willing to bet X3 will be undone......................

Famke Janssen was also spotted and Kelsey Grammer has been rumored to appear. Wolverine's time travel will probably undo all 3 of their deaths.

My biggest question is why you posted this here? I'm not trying to be a jerk, but it isn't really Wolverine news specifically, it's more general X-Men and there is already a DOFP thread for that.

It looks like we can rest easy on Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine. This is reporting he will be in X-Men: Apocalypse and 2 spin off movies (one is Wolverine 3 and the other is possibly a sequel to it).

According to what I read on their Facebook page, wolverinejackets.com is also looking to possibly produce the DOFP jacket, instead of going back and making the X-1, X-2, and X-3 jackets. So, we might be seeing 3 vendors (WJ.com, Vanson, and Heron) start offering the 70's jacket.
