Has anyone seen any merchandise for The Wolverine? Every time I go out I see all this stuff for The Man of Steel or Iron Man 3, but never Wolverine. I am hoping they market this one like they did X-Men Origins Wolverine, like with a video game or another jacket and dog tag set from Museum Replicas. I saw an action online that is based on Hugh Jackman's likeness, but that has been about it. I have not been interested in action figures since since I was younger and X-Men TAS and the first X-Men movie made toys, looking back on it those were good days. lol

There is no video game. I remember a while back they did the Origins one at E3...They haven't yet if they did.

New trailer looks good, but it looks like a lot we speculated on the forum is going to happen with Viper's venom slowing or stopping his healing factor and how the old man just wants Wolverine's healing ability to save his own life. I wonder what role the sword will have in the movie since there has been a few posters with Wolverine wielding it. I was hoping it was the Muramasa Blade, but I don't think is it. Also, I kind of hate that the theme of this movie is the curse of immortality, when Wolverine himself is not immortal in the comics. He just seems to age very slow. There are two stores set in alternative universes where Wolverine is old, "Wolverine: The End" and "Old Man Logan", he is also older in Days of Future Past. But maybe the Wolverine in the movies is suppose to be immortal, it is a different universe after all.

That is a nice coat, I wished The Wolverine had a leather jacket instead, but this coat in the movie sort of looks like the one in comic The Wolverine based off of, so it's all good. lol

So I think Dan may be working with Vanson to get that DOFP Wolverine jacket going. Saw a pic of him in it on ebay but it disappeared. Once he messages me back, I'll get it put up on here.

Yeah, I saw Dan's post over on Filmjackets....Looked good from the front, although the back needed a touch more scoop to the seam....I like the jacket...But I won't be able to afford a Vanson for a long time sadly..So it'll be out of reach for me I suspect...

Still a cool jacket though..

^Yup, it may grow on me once I see the film but as of yet, nope. Right now, I'm contemplating on getting that winter Wolvie coat I posted in the link before. It looks so damn comfortable and you could easily put a set of claws in them for.....those moments.

Well I hope you post pics and a really in depth review of the coat. I want one but would feel better if it was a carhartt material. Not hand was only cotton... Just got my Wested X3 back from the tailor and actually love it! Just wish it wasn't 90* out... I've been thinking hard about doing something about the white bands on it but I really don't wanna mess this jacket up. Any one with some experience wanna give me some input on what I can try to get the screen used color?

No, cream color, but to give em that dirty yellowish look, I did exactly that.
