Wolf mask, Completed !

yeah well i think im over my hissy fit now hehe.

what will be will be eh.

I understand. You have put a lot of heart and soul into this project. I have enjoyed watching your progress with this mask. This has become my favorite version of Wolf.
Hopefully it will all turn out in the end

Don't you just love the molding process

Takes hours and hours to sculpt the ******* things and then in a couple of hours of molding it the thing could be buggered

I really hope it works mate and that it is useable.

If it makes you feel better I still haven't got around to molding mine so I still face the 50-50 chance that things won't work out.

It's a bitch that there's no easy way of doing this.

hope we get some promising news from you soon mate

chin up and start putting all that clay back to good use

thanks.

I hope i didnt sound like a whiney wanker, i just had to vent , it royally pissed me off, and will continue to do so until i have proof its ok in my hands.

Sincerly cross my fingers for you buddy, i hope you get NO problems what so ever, actually that goes to anyone who molds anything, it seriously sucks to maybe only have photos for all your hard work.

Sorry to hear about this Lee. I've made many expensive mistakes in the past and I learned from each and every one. Let me know how your repair attempt turnes out. There is a solution but it's a lot of work.

OK i totally forgot to take a photo of the mold prior to this ( sorry i know i said i would ) but you can see the size difference between my open P1 mold and Wolfs.

Im also having to slush the mold as ive nearly ran out of latex lol , me wonders what is going to go wrong next hehe.

anyway heres hoping this comes out ok.

fingers crossed, i starting reading this thread when you started making it, then lost my net thoughout jan, just managed to catch up on the progress. well done on work so far and i'd be really interested in purchasing one of these when (see, i said when not if) it's finished.

The Wolf mould is a bloody whopper when you see it. That may be your saving grace, as it may be easier to to do repairs because it's less fiddlely.
You also don't sound so negative now and that's a good sign. Good luck mate.

Its also taken ALOT more latex ( obviously i say slapping myself, as if i expected it to take less or summin hehe )

I thought i had enough latex for 4 more masks, think ill get another wolf then ill have to order more hehe.

Yes i do feel alot more positive today.

ill update the thred again with pics when this pull comes out, regardless of the outcome.
