Witch King of Angmar Voice Changer

Hello all,

I'm a fairly recent cosplayer and not too experienced with a lot of cosplay things. I was curious what would be the best way to get that cool whispery voice that the Witch King from LotR has. I'm currently doing his costume (helmet and armor), but I feel it would be very odd to talk in my normal voice, would break the character, so to speak. I've looked at a few voice changer apps, but really couldn't find what I was looking for. Any suggestions or tips for a newbie?

there are some cheap voice changer/voice effect devices around i think the trick is to locate and try them, the link is a cheap one that can be taken apart. also look at punished props sweeper build, on the helmet the used a cheap voice changer
