Will the 2 ft. NX-01 have any of the "aztec" plating on it?

Or will that need to be painted on? I haven't seen pics of the kit yet, just the box art. I wondered if that detailing would need to be painted on or not. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

these pics look like th eaztec pattern is already on the model - snap it together throw in some batteries and go nuts ...after you plunk down your $60 plus shipping of course

The masters for the Polar Lights kit do not have the aztec pattern on them.

From what I've seen the Polar lights 2 ft. model scale 1/350 will need to be painted. The Bandai version scale 1/850 is painted with the aztec pattern.

Hey what's wrong with hand painting the azteking yourself? If you want it all ready pre-painted then you're being lazy

But seriously...nothing wrong in hand painting it yourself...hell I hand painted all the aztek pattern on my ERTL Enterprise-D kit that was ultimatly destroyed when it fell off the shelf...but I plan to get another one and make it better...and still painting the azteking by hand....just my .02 worth

Damn after seeing the pics of the build up for the PL NX-01, it seems it's going to be a hella lot bigger than their 1701 kit.
