Just started a White Ranger build for Wizard World Wisconsin in February. The I have the bracers cut out, not finished. The helmet kit is on order and should be here right after the new year. Building the shield by hand out of EVA foam. Just received the talking Saba toy so I immediately went to customizing it. I repainted most of it, am going to cut out a new blade from EVA foam then resin and bondo over it. For now I have replaced the eyes with LED's.

Progress pics of the costume:
Paper template that was then transferred to EVA foam. Covered the foam in pleather and 4 way stretch gold fabric. Originally used gold cord for the trim but hated it and went the route of covering window piping in gold fabric.
Bracers were the same way. Foam covered in fabric, templated from the Foam Cave.

Finished product. Received honorable mention and got to meet Jason David Frank himself! Seemed like a really cool guy. Talked to him for a few minutes after the show.

Boots were Captain 100's from Fantasma and the spandex were just a bodysuit from Amazon.
