White mau5 head

Because of this thread I have decided to make a Mau5head, so thanks to you Mau5y!

I made a handy little template in photoshop that will let you play with custom colors for the head. There are two layers of eyes, mouth, and head/ears that you can adjust using either solid fill colors or photoshop patterns. Attatched is the PSD file along with some examples. Hope it helps anyone that wants to make their own custom Mau5head!

Your welcome :D. And thanks xMENNENx for the ears templates... Gonna come in handy for my chrome mau5 head I'm going to make :D

Sounds kinda tough to make, but then again, I've seen your skills in the Mau5Head pictures :p .
Anyways, I was trying to make a Mau5head for a Halloween costume, but it ended up getting crushed after a friend of mine tripped while holding it. (I'm still mad a little bit :angry) All the other attempts failed miserably for me, so I was just wondering if, since this is mostly a forum for buying replica props/costumes, I could be able to purchase a "Original" red and white Mau5Head from you. Thanks for your time.

P.S. No, I am not the real Deadmau5, I just love his music, and the name was free. ^^

Where did it break? mine actually broke too but i fixed it with some floor foam strips, epoxy and hot glue

but i'm not making to sell lol...just try one more time. The key is to really, really really take your time making it. Don't rush. And i mean it when i say this, take your time visualizing how you want a certain thing on the mau5 head to turn out. I spent maybe 2 hours just visualizing different ways to lay out of fabric on the top hemisphere lol

UPDATE:

As of right now i'm really challenging myself in making my next 2 mau5 heads. The chrome one and the LED one he has. I hope to finish the chrome one by the beginning of July and the LED one by the end of the year. Not planning on selling them cause the chrome one i want to wear when i go see him in San Diego at SOMA in October :D.

GONNA BE SICK!!!
feel free to ask more questions

Thats my pdf template... I fixed it and made it better the new ones on Intricas instructable tutorial under the how to make your ears section

OK, so I am attempting to make a Mau5head for this Halloween. First off, thank you all for your detailed help!
My grand plan would be to mount 6-1/2" 2-way car speakers into the ears and somehow get them to play music. I am no expert on electronics, but I did find this Dayton Audio Amp with standard speaker terminators and a 3.5mm jack for Ipod.
Your thoughts??

That seems a bit unnecessary. While you may want to have some great audio, from what I can gather, that amp is pretty powerful as well as wouldnt fit into a mau5head. you might want to consider taking multiple portable speakers and a battery powered 3-jack 3.5mm splitter from radioshack in a daisy chain till you get the desired sound.

I personally would try to find speakers that could be mounted into the ears under the fabric.

On another note, I am hopefully starting work on a mau5head of my own and will definitely be asking for help on here if it happens/i run into trouble. This thread really inspires me to take this thing to another level if i do it

Hey I know this is an old post but I need some help :D I have this white Emac shell and what I want to do is make a mac mau5. I can make the ears. No problem. It's just that for the face I want to put a programmable led screen or something like that where the screen used to be, so I could put the eyes and mouth on it. would you have any idea on where I could get something like that?
