What is your “Holy Grail” of movie props?

Ok, so maybe not the Holy Grail of movie props, but there was a time when it was the MOST expensive prop in Hollywood!

Hahaha...

There also another Grail at the Skywalker Main house and a whole lot of them lurking in the Skywalker Ranch Archive building..

A prop that had been almost totally destroyed from road trip PA's - the attache case from From Russia with Love.
EON productions had contacted Swaine Adeney to build a basic attache case for Bond. When the shop received the case, they realized it was too heavy and thick (leather over wood) for them to accessorize it and make it screen viable - so they rebuilt the carcass in Aluminum and built the case from the ground up. The original has 2 throwing knives, one on each side.
This is something I could put on a shelf, and wouldn't need a special garage (as for the DB5!).

Great choice. Some of the replicas come close, but not close enough.

OK for me it has to be the shark advertising the Enis Fish and Chips in Smokey And The Bandit 3 (Which is not just my favourite installment in the smokey trilogy, it's also one of my favourite movies EVER ).

Since a lot of the time the shark was mishandle (Oo-eer) and it was involved in a lot of stunts whilst attached to a car, I'm presuming they got through a couple of them during production. So maybe not super rare in terms of numbers made (Could possibly be a generic shark model with just a logo stamped on by props department rather than made bespoke to the movie?) but I've never seen one and for that it's my Holy Grail (To me at least :))

While I’m a huge Star Trek fan and could think of lots of items I would want from the various series, I think a complete Antman suit from the first film might be at the top of my list. I love that helmet and suit. Close behind is one of the spacesuits from The Wandering Earth.

I’d have to go with the ANH DL-44 or a HAL 9000 panel from 2001: A Space Odyssey. HAL is such a creepy character and the look of it just adds to it so much.
It's not screen-used or anything, but Moebius Models now makes a 1:1 HAL panel, that's less than 50 bucks.
As for my Holy Grails, there's obvious stuff like Lightsabers, ship models, or SW blasters, but I've got a few that haven't been mentioned:
-Puppets from the old Rankin-Bass Christmas Specials (Rudolph and Santa Claus is Coming to Town, specifically)
-The Busy Bee dog toy from Best in Show (this one's probably doable, I just need to do more homework)
-Spinal Tap's 18" Stonehenge
-Guns from Aliens
-An Audrey II and Orrin Scrivello (DDS)'s dental equipment (gas mask, antique drill, tools that were also used by the Joker's surgeon in 1989, etc)
-And basically everything in Dak Ondar's Den of Antiquities in Galaxy's Edge.

The one thing that I would love from the movies is a replica of the Trans am from Smokey and the Bandit but I like most things like that it's the cost as here in the UK a project car is very expensive may be one day.

When that movie was playing in theaters they toured the car around and parked it in front of theaters, as a roped off display.

If a set piece can be defined as a prop, I would love the "meat grinder" from "Event Horizon." I would actually love to build a full size replica if I had the space and the designs. I've heard it said that the cast had to get used to passing through it since the spinning throws off your sense of balance and orientation. It basically makes you want to step off, fall over or just throw up in general.
