Finished the fiberglass this weekend inside the helmet, and poured a thin coating of rondo for rigidity. I'm thinking separating the mask into its 4 pieces NOW, would be smarter than doing it after all the bondo work.
My question is, are you guys just using regular cutting wheels for your dremels to do the surgery? Or have you found a particular bit or tool that makes it easier? Trying to minimize the gaps now, and also increase the accuracy with which I make the cuts.
Already have the extension tool so that should help alot.
