What are your most desired obscure props?

Sugar Watkin's bug claw necklace from Starship Troopers!

I'd have to have a Batcave with an entrance hidden behind a waterfall to put all my toys in.

A hidden underground lair could be considered an obscure prop, yes?

PS. An SR-71 Blackbird or the new Darkstar hyperplane would be cool to have as well.
It's a bit...tired...though, isn't it? Everyone and his dog has a cave-behind-a-waterfall. It's getting so Paramedics in RPGs are setting up at the top of waterfalls that DON'T have caves behind them, so they can treat all these damned fool adventurers who go running at waterfall full tilt, just because they think "Aha! A waterfall! There MUST be a cave behind it!"

If Batman's still hiding out like that, I'd guess his password is "password"...

Second half of this older post.....

Most desired obscure props? How about somebody makes a copy of the items that were advertised (on the left) that look a lot closer than what I received when I ordered them (on the right)?

I'm not going to post a link to their website as I've no wish to give them any open publicity. There are also other websites selling the same item, using the same image; I suppose it's possible one of them is genuine.

This post is off topic. If mods delete it fine. I'm just annoyed I got suckered.

Those are all A.I. images on the left!

You're the second person to tell me that - the guy in the Warhammer shop (only place I could find black paint for my hoverboard project) who I just happened to be talking to said the same.

I bet a good glass blower or even a good resin artist could get a damn site closer to their appearance though; things like actually attempting to add the black lines on the first one would be a good start.

Maybe not resin, actually, as the one thing that is certain, AI or otherwise the "fakes" are lit from inside - and the real ones are all built around a stainless steel cup.

Actually, "stainless steel" is my hope, for all I know it's pure lead, would be about par for the course...

Hmm...maybe this is the task for this forum...buy the mug, use your talent to improve it as close as possible to the AI image. Anyone up for a challenge?

Wait...no...that means people will be buying lots of the cheap mugs. Argh. Still, I'm glad I posted it here.

In The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, Tuco grabs three pistols from a display case, disassembles them and uses the best parts to create a superior fourth pistol.

In John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum, in what is clearly a nod to the above, John Wick grabs three pistols from a display case to disassemble and use to make a fourth pistol.

Oh to have replicas of all the needed parts to recreate the assembly process, right down to holding the pistol next to your ear while you slowly rotate the cylinder to gauge the results.
