Probably my second favorite subject in the prop world is money.

I enjoy designing it, printing it up and weathering it, and in my experience it's one of the useful tools that really help actors settle into a world, and lose themselves in thier role. The more you can do to create a universe around them, the more natural thier performance becomes.

So, without further ado, I give you, freshly designed last night:

Post in 150dpi for anyone that wants to save it and print it out. Should print nice and clean.

Here is the money after printing, and weathering and piled up with the ChinYen created by Ben, and the citycredits created by me for the Blade Runner Fan film. I printed some of the sheets on the quick print setting to give them an older faded look.

I made this for fun mostly, and as part of the pulse rifle/ALIENS display I am currently working on for my office. I will also use this in the Aliens fan film my friends are shooting soon too.

Well, I have not quite finished the display, but here it is right now, I did post this image previously.

The gap between the taller shelves is where the pulse rifle is headed, hanging on two shelf brackets by it's shroud grip, framed by vented steel, and with a graphic of some kind behind it.

The other shelves will be loaded up with blade runner, firefly, I-robot, anime, and original props. Mostly guns.

I expect to have the office all setup in short order and intend to post finished pics.

Oh, almost forgot. My next batch of prop money is going to be firefly stuff to display with my Mal pistol, and once it's done, My Jane pistol.

And once I start working again, I've got my eye on a Mare's leg, and I am still bound and determined to get myself some Matsucorp props very soon.
