Weta offering CHEMRAIL Rifle from Elysium

I'm more than a little disappointed, and a little angry, that Weta has cancelled the production of this prop. I think part of the problem is the HUGE lead time between taking orders and delivery. Almost a year. I'm sure a lot of people didn't order one because they didn't want to wait so long.

The propstore has a "melted" one for sale for damn near $1800. They have payment plans.
Yeah, the propstore have had that for quite a while, I'm really just hoping Weta pick up this project again or let someone else take the opportunity.........

Sorry to dig this out, but i'm working on one...I know, it's nothing to show off yet, but at least it's something:
That's the back portion of a NERF Rayven, the middle part comes from a Centurion with an added and chopped Longshot front gun.
The stock will be quite a challenge, but going this way was the closest I could get without resorting to 3D printed parts and all that jazz.
