it's just some cardboard I found around the house.

Didn't think cardboard could turn out looking so well! Looks much simpler to build than the pep version too~
I may just have to give that a go next time...but got me thinking, I wonder if paper pep combined with cardboard pep just for those beveled inward areas would work.

ARe the next episodes resin+fiberglass then body filler? Looking forward to those the most!
Keep up the great work STEALTH! I know how tedious filming alone then editing can be!

for those areas, I'd just use cereal box cardboard. Nice, thin and more rigid than cardstock and would work well with the rest of the cardboard helmet.

Yes, this tutorial is a lot of work.
I've basically been a prisoner after work since I started. It's sort of the only way to stay motivated and it's working.

LuciousFox If you read the thread or watched the videos properly STEALTH did say several times that, yes you can apply these techniques to an Iron Man helmet or infact, any helmet/costume when the vlog series is complete~

Sorry sort of rushed throgh watching them since wanted to see it in cardboard

Does any one have the foam paterns for iron man helmet ?

Search for JFCustom's thread. He has some of the best foam files. Has every thing you need.
I'll get you a link when I get home.

Ive watched all your videos to do with the iron patriot so far i am about to download all files but i may have a slight problem with my printer so i will be delayed i am doing the corigated cardboard way like your helmet , i know you stated you will be using foam for the armor but can i use the same methods as the corigated cardboard way ?

Yes, of course. You don't have to use foam at all and still follow along.
I'm gonna mention that when we're done the helmet.
