it's just some cardboard I found around the house.
for those areas, I'd just use cereal box cardboard. Nice, thin and more rigid than cardstock and would work well with the rest of the cardboard helmet.
Next is resin, fiberglass, then body filler.

Didn't think cardboard could turn out looking so well! Looks much simpler to build than the pep version too~
I may just have to give that a go next time...but got me thinking, I wonder if paper pep combined with cardboard pep just for those beveled inward areas would work.
