How much does something like this weigh? I looked up the foam floor pads folks have said they've been using and it says online that one roll weighs 60lbs, and I'd imagine you need two or three rolls for something of this size.

(I think the weight listed online must be wrong though because I just found some squares of it on the sears website, and it says a 6 pack of 2x2 mats weighs 4.5 lbs in total. That's a huge difference in weight.)

Very impressive work!! I can't believe I didn't see this thread before. Did you get a chance to enter any costume contests for Halloween?

@sswift- I would say 10- 20 pounds for the suit. The gun was maybe 5-10 pounds. It was more akward and hot then heavy.

@Gash- I won about 2k total in cash and prizes. I also won best superhero at the mid-ohio con. The rest I won at bars in the Cleveland area.
