Started gluing mini gun . I think I made it huge...wasn't going to finish it up, but since i spent hours on cutting it.maybe ill finish the base of gun itself to see how much of a difference i would have to decrease it. I dont want to spend to much time on it if im not going to use it..who knows maybe ill go big on the minigun....:cry..man this gun is Harder to pep than the helmet and other mini gun i made..oh well..

So I decided to scrap the huge gun its to big...so I'm printing the mini gun again..it sucks...but oh well ..I will learn from my mistakes..too much time in the mini gun but it will come out better..

No wonder this is taking a lot of your time, this mini gun looks incredibly detailed!
I find the scaling the hard part to be done, I keep second guessing me all the time.

Hi. I just gotta say that your work is AWESOME!!!! and I really want to see the finished suit. Are you considering to make the flaps motorized cuz that would be really cool. I´ve been wanting to start building with some Iron Man suit but after watching this I am really considering to make the War Machine. :lol

Mini gun barrels in the works..still need to do adjustments and add more rings...

They are pvc pipe..you can get them at home depot ,Lowes or hardware store..

Lol..they still need to get trimmed down and the rings cut down..i wanted to see if motor can handle stressor heavier loads

My day off today but i have to fix my sisters mustang..but here's an update on arm..almost done pepping..i will try to see what i can do to reinforce it to hold gun..ii was thinking a 1/4or 1/2 inch square tubing and hide it..i will check out homedepot to see what i can work with..

I built something for my Iron Patriot cannon mount that had to do the same thing. The base of the arm has a piece of metal angle iron with a hole in the center fiberglassed into it. A duplicate plate goes on the inside of the suit opposite where the base is going, and then a decent size bolt and wingnut (two is much better) clamp the inner and outer plates firmly against the body. The bigger those plates can be, the more they will distribute the weight of the cannon across the back of the suit. I use rubber stock between the plates and the suit to prevent paint damage and create a better contact footprint. The wingnut is used so you don't need a wrench to remove your mount when you are out and about.

Thanks ...but i think the arm of the patriot its different than the war machine..i think i know how im going to do it not sure if it will work..experimenting the two in the next few days to see how it will come out..thanks for the tip I'll still be using it when i build my patriot.

Well today was my day off but i had to do a radiator change on my sisters mustang then detailed two engine..but i managed to get some resin n modding on my lower torso and shoulder...i also resined some parts of the base of arm which i don't have pictures of..forgot to take some..i have to fiberglass the outer part of shoulder i did resin the outside..i put foil so it won't stick..
