Vibro axe again. (See post #129 - #132)

Does anyone have any suggestions to make the axe able to come apart for it to be able to fit in a suit case? Im thinking of just having the main pole being able to separate to fit in luggage

There is a tutorial on ebay about breaking down larger props for transport, I'll post the link later when I'm at my desktop.

I don't understand what you mean about the holes lining up on the dryer....

what I mean is getting the the top, and bottom holes on the dryer that I will need to make line up so that the pole goes straight through and I don’t have to move it at an awkward angle for it to go through both holes

Also how should i go about getting holes that are straight and that line up on each side of the hair dryer
Honestly the bottom is obvious, the top, you have a center line, just pay attention to the original prop vents. Look at where the back of the pole lines up with the vents.

Or you can make a rough estimate on how close it is to the back of the hairdryer. Itll line up once you put the pole in

The tricky part about the vibro axe is the piping from the cannon connector to the pole. From the bottom pipe connection to the top would have to be one piece
