Vader reveal question

Does anyone know the diameter of the disk used for the top of the Vader reveal Face plate ? I'n not satisfied with the one I attached to my build ,I may need to cut it off.
Also at the front of the Jaw section there are three plugs on either side of the mouth detail , I'm not sure what the shape is that the plugs rest on ? Anyone.
Thanks for any help

I'm not looking to be accurate on this build, it's for a Cancer Walk costuming event mid May but I still want it to look the part.

Hopefully someone with a more definitive answer can help you out, but in the meantime I believe it's 6" diameter for the crown.

Blipper is right; the crown is 6".

As for the mouthpiece, the shape is odd and difficult to put into words. Would a photo help you any?

Here you go.

I don't know if this may be any different or better than what you may have had access to before, but this profile (and others like it) is pretty much the only thing that exists as far as the chinpiece inside; in other words, there are none that show just the foundation by itself. If you can imagine in your head the shape of the whole real estate there, what's underneath is pretty much the size of it...

Edit:

Here's another which gives you a vaguely better idea of the side profile:

i'll post pics when i can.
:cool

Was there ever an idea where the chin block side pieces came from? Kind of looks like the fuel tank from a model motor cycle.

That's a very good question. To be honest, I'd always thought the whole thing was one monolithic piece, greeblies notwithstanding of course. But having forwarded these pics at Jarvis B's request has made me look at it in a bit of a different way, and you could be right that the parts visible from the sides are parts separate from the whole. To be further honest, I'd never given a great deal of effort to thinking this part of it out before; I've always been busy with other things on this prop... :unsure
