US equivalent of dirty down?

So I just discovered this type of spray paint used on Star wars and Harry Potter. I'm looking to give it a try but it looks like I can only get it in the UK and rather than pay for an expensive amount of shipping I want to know if there's an equivalent that anyone knows about that's here in the US?

You can get dirty down liquid effects in the US/Can Now. Rumor is the spray effects are close behind

Streaks 'N Tips is a movie industry go-to standard, but the manufacturer apparently ran out of raw materials during the pandemic and has been unable to make more, according to some industry shops that used to carry it regularly. Does anyone know if there's a good alternative? Dirty Down seems decent but I can't find a local supplier in Los Angeles.
