Can we take a step back for a second from the carping about costumes and shield - anyone with a few miles under the belt can look back can remember that this glut of decent superhero moves was a frikkin pipe dream for most of us growing up. Reality Check - the guy that made the Rocketeer is doing a Cap Am movie - we have Thor helmed by a Shakespearean actor and Whedon on the Avengers. Even if they only work out half decent we are still seeing something amazing take place: I'm as prone to skepticism as the next guy but just this once, lets try and capture a little of that "kid reading his comic books each month" magic and go into these with a little sense of wonder?
