I have to say, of all the Summer movies, this one has got me the most hyped up. I will be doing Ironman, along with my friends doing Thor, Cap and a whole gang of Avengers for a big charity event during the premier and I cannot wait.

The posters should be sent to all the troops over seas and they should be getting first run privileges to this movie. Want to see moral soar. Show them Captain America and then watch them kick some A##.

Anyone know what is at the ends of the center Star on the Shield?

At first I thought it was recessed circles but now I'm thinking they are Pins or bolts to mount the Arm straps on the underside, what do you RPFer's think?

In this Photo you can see one of the "Bolts or rivets" shining at an angle:

Here's another Photo showing the Star at an angle...

Even on the Toys and Plastic Shields they are raised.

Those bumps are suppose to represent rivets that hold the star onto the shield. Assuming the designer was going for a built together look.

Went to the SF Zoo today to see Captain America, and the official Marvel costumed character Cap has a jaw-droppingly awesome suit.
