Update! I got my Glospex order!

I received an email after placing my order confirming my purchase, followed up by an immediate email stating "awaiting fulfillment." I waited a week, then sent an email regarding the status of those items. Are they on back order? Unavailable? No answer was provided on any of their media sites. So, after almost 2 weeks of having no contact with glospex and several emails that went unanswered, I submitted a request to paypal so that they could contact them. As soon as the request was entered, I immediately got a refund notice from their company.

Looks like I'll have to craft my own glospex. Or, does anyone have any ideas where else they might be available?

I think they were at first. Lots of people got their glospex.

I have a couple of ideas about what to use instead.

I'm going to use colored see through plastic storage bins (I have some in blue and grey) that I am going to cut out then attach a couple of leds connected to a power source.

I also have an old motorcycle visor that could be used (it's shaded) Lighting might be a bit more difficult to see with that, however.

Yeah, I think since they went into R&D mode for their newer stuff, they have fallen off the ball. Too bad, as their old stuff was pretty good.

man i guess its a good thing i ordered 2 just in case. Maybe they will get their **** back together i just got mine not that long ago (march or april) and they shipped fast and were the same quality as the ones i ordered a year or so ago.

Any news on this? I still haven't gotten the Glospex I ordered and as previously stated, the guy isn't responding to emails. If anyone has a pair they're not using I'd gladly buy them from you.

Not a word. He never responded to me. In fact, I'm waiting for my refund. :(

Update!

i received an email today. Apparently after receiving a refund via PayPal for items never shipped, glospex has decided to send me my order for free anyway for the inconvenience.

Awesome!!
 
Nope, just that they were sorry. Here's the email:

Hi Eric, sorry for the delay. We had given you a refund for our mistake of not shipping you the glasses on time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will ship you the three glasses you ordered for free.

There is a different name signed at the bottom. Maybe they got their act together? I don't know. I'm just glad I got them!
 
Just want to add that I got mine too about a week ago, but no apology for the LONG wait and they still charged me full price. Very shifty company I gotta say.
