Unfolding Software?

I am looking for some kind of program that will take a 3D structure and unfold it onto a 2D surface. This will allow me to print the 2D surface, stick it on a sheet of styrene, cut it out, and fold it back up into a 3D model. I am aware of the limitations of this and would only use it where appropriate.

I had a program that did this, but I did not like the results. It automatically resized everything, instead of printing it out full-size.

Does anyone know of a good program for this?

pepakura has a scaling tool. It probably resized it to fit on one page, but you can very simply to put back to the original size, and print it across many pages.

Thats right, It in the :"2d patternWindow" then :"Scale up/down Development by specific value"

You can see the size down in the bottom right corner : Assembled size: Height ,Width, Depth
