Umbrella Academy: Diego's throwing knives

I'm looking for Diego's throwing knives from the Umbrella Academy—I'm sure they exist out there in the world somewhere as commercially available objects. Anyone know where I might be able to get them?

Here's a lead. Looks like they're "a set of Gil Hibben throwing knives and our M48 Stinger", but I'm not sure which Gil Hibben knives they specifically are yet.

It's the title of the pages that sells the same model that Diego uses. (As far as I can tell, that is)

Diego uses 4 different knives in the show, and a 5th that he has but does not use. They are the United Cutlery Lightning Bolt’s, Gil Hibben Competition’s, and the United Cutlery M48 Stinger’s, which he switches out for another knife that I was not able to find the exact name of, but it looks like a pretty basic military knife. He also wears some standard looking throwing spikes on his wrist, like in the photo you posted.
