Boot added to first post, I redesigned the boot front a bit, but it's kept the same general shape. I also started on a handplate/gauntlet that would ride over the forearm wrist opening like an actual gauntlet. I will probably leave the forearm as is, if so it should be posted in the next day or two.

Well, we'll see, but Thank you! Every time I do one of these, I'm figuring out ways to make them easier to build without sacrificing details, so that's a bonus.

Had to take a break from this, but I still need a useable handplate. After modeling a couple of different fancy plates (see right example in picture), I think I'm just going to stick with a smooth plate that can then have whatever additions put on (rockets, decoder watch, I dunno). So, the plate would be like below left, with a short gauntlet sleeve that slides over the end of the forearm to cover the wrist joint. The piece itself can be attached directly to an underglove, or an elastic band can be added to stretch across the palm and connect to the underside. I can model in a palm strap as well, but it would likely have to be modified to accept different glove/hand sizes.
(I know the plate looks rough in the render, just a rough contour to see how it looks)

Thanks, kinda stalled on this. If you guys want a hand-brace or whatever, I can supply. I've just seen what free-hand foam people, do, and I guess I thought they'd yell if they needed something from me (or if anybody was building this anyways lol)

Can you upload an OBJ of the individual ear parts? I want to 3D print and make a mold of those.
I also need to start looking in to voice changer / amplifier options. My friend has a good deep voice, but you can't hear anything that anyone says when spoken through a helmet!

thanks laellee for the pieces again, after the premiere im gonna knock out one for my youngest, and possibly cannibalize some parts for another build in working on, im loving the level of detail on these pieces

Let me know if you need me to custom scale any parts at all. Normally I would have adjusted suit pieces differently to fit a childs scale, but this suit is actually bulkier than an Iron man, so it should scale down fine (rather than needing a toothpick of a kid to squeeze into a suit that's been universally scaled down). My suit almost came up fat lol, rather than just bulkier, ha.
